Representative Nobusuke Matsuoka
In 1987, when he was a student, he founded the trading company Double A one in California, USA. In the 1990s, he worked as an engineer at a major global mobile equipment manufacturer, and experienced design and development of many 1G/2G/3G/4G mobile wireless devices.
